Students who apply for the Bachelor of Arts degree must hold a high school diploma or its academic equivalent. For the Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (BBA), AEU School of Business accepts the average score on either the American College Test (ACT) or Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT). For non-native speakers of English, results of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or the International Language Testing System (IELTS) English Test must be submitted to AEU prior to admission.
Students who apply for the Master’s degree at the America Evangelical University School of Business must hold a four-year College degree (BA) or its academic equivalent. No exceptions will be made for degree-seeking students.
After a careful review of the submitted documents and confirmation of completion of all forms, the committee may notify the applicant to take the appropriate tests. Each applicant is required to have a personal interview with a team of faculty members. Each student is required to show proof of health insurance. The admissions committee finalizes the applicant’s acceptance to the degree program based on academic and ethical admission standards of AEU.
AEU School of Business follows an open admission policy for those who meet the educational qualifications. The decision for admissions will be made regardless of race, color, gender, handicap, or national/ethnic origin according to our non-discriminatory policy. Applicants will be assessed and recommended by the admissions committee according to their academic background, moral character,and personal statements of goals and faith. AEU School of Business reserves the right to refuse admission to any applicants who do not meet our standards and criteria.

In addition to meeting all other applicable requirements for admission, non-native speakers of English must demonstrate sufficient English language proficiency. This may be demonstrated by any of the following:

If you are not a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, you must verify your immigration status with the PDSO (Principal Designated School Official) or DSO (Designated School Official) of America Evangelical University (AEU). Upon acceptance, the applicant must submit an immunization record (form provided by AEU).
The applicant must also submit financial documentation demonstrating sufficient funds to cover tuition, textbooks, fees, and personal living expenses. The applicant may also submit an affidavit of financial support indicating the financial documentation and support for the applicant’s academic and personal living expenses.
Initial payment:
Students transferring-in from an approved and recognized college or university must follow the general application policies and procedures for admission. Accreditation status and faculty qualifications of the institution, as well as content correspondence and instructional level of courses, are considered for admission.
As part of its admissions process, AEU School of Business accepts transfer credits from other institutions. The credits must be from a college that is approved by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education or accredited by an accrediting association that is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. In order to transfer credits from another postsecondary school to AEU, an official transcript stating the course(s) and grade(s) must be submitted to the Director of Admissions prior to beginning courses.
For the BBA program, a maximum amount of 94 semester units or its equivalent will be considered and evaluated as transferable credits from another approved or accredited institution. For the MBA program, a maximum amount of 6 semester units or its equivalent will be considered as transferable credits from another approved or accredited institution.

If a student cancels a course on the first day of instruction (semester) or before the seventh day of instruction, the student must receive a refund of 100 percent of the amount paid for institutional charges, less a registration fee not to exceed $100.
If a student withdraws from a course at AEU after the first day of instruction, the student is entitled to only a partial refund. The student must withdraw in writing. The refund policy is pro-rata to the 60 percent point of the course.
For the purposes of determining the amount you owe, you shall be deemed to have withdrawn from the course when any of the following occurs a) You notify AEU of your withdrawal or the actual date of withdrawal; b) School terminates prior to your enrollment; c) You fail to attend classes for a three-week period.
